Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the cx777d support team. cx777d may close or suspend your Account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering suspicion, failure to complete KYC verification or regulatory requirements.
cx777d is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks on users for the purposes of age verification, identity confirmation, fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance. By registering an Account, you consent to cx777d conducting such checks.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to cx777d's satisfaction. Providing fraudulent, altered or fabricated documents is a criminal matter and will be referred to the appropriate authorities. All KYC data is handled in accordance with the cx777d Privacy Policy.

References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made as familiar references for Pakistani users only. cx777d does not claim that any of these institutions endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on this platform. Minimum deposit amounts are set on a per-method basis and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed. Illustrative example: a minimum deposit of PKR 500 may apply — actual minimums are shown in the deposit interface and may change without prior notice.
Where PKR is the designated account currency, all balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawals will be denominated in Pakistani Rupees. Exchange rates for cryptocurrency or foreign-currency deposits are applied at the time of transaction and may vary.
Users may set personal deposit limits from within their account settings as part of cx777d's responsible gambling tools. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies to all wagers — commonly PKR 500 per bet or spin, though the exact limit is stated per offer. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%. Table games and live dealer titles may contribute a lower percentage (e.g. 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Maintenance windows, network outages or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. cx777d will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, cx777d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your cx777d Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx777d is incorporated or licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the cx777d complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
Nothing in this clause limits cx777d's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of cx777d's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms have been published and notified to you constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
